My expertise in nutrition, honed through rigorous academic study and enriched by my personal health journey, focuses on nurturing the body wholesomely with nourishing foods and appropriate supplementation.

From the Tattoo Protocol, aimed at reducing inflammation and speeding up the healing process of new tattoos, to our gender-specific Vitality Protocols that address the distinct wellness needs of men and women, I cater to the diverse aspects of health and well-being. My journey into holistic nutrition began at a crossroads of personal health challenges, where conventional medicine provided no answers. Encouraged by my doctor to explore the mind-body connection, I delved into the depths holistic nutrition; exploring Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and mind-body practices.
